There isn’t anything quite as satisfying as old fashioned caramels with a hint of sea salt. Every buttery caramel we make is slow-cooked over an open flame in a traditional copper kettle using real sugar, cream and fresh butter. We take our time with our pure ingredients to guarantee the perfect consistency before hand cutting them and wrapping them in wax paper.
