We hand craft our Chocolate Covered Caramels in a time-honored tradition using an open copper kettle. Creamy, buttery caramel is cooked then poured on a marble slab to cool. We then hand-cut into squares and enrobe in pure milk or dark chocolate. 15 pieces are packed into an attractive gift box with a clear lid and secured with a gold stretch band. Choose between milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or half and half.
