Caramel Egg


We start with kettle-cooked caramel made with pure butter and cream.  We pour the caramel and then hand-cut the caramel cutouts which are then dunked in pure milk chocolate and decorated for Easter with colored white chocolate.  Each egg weighs 1/4 lb., measures 2.5″ x 4″ and comes cello bagged.
