Shipping
Can you ship chocolate during hot weather?
Yes, we can ship chocolate even during warm weather or to hot climates throughout the year (some restrictions may apply). Our shipping team carefully monitors the destination’s temperature and includes frozen gel packs at no extra charge to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. Expedited shipping may be necessary depending on the destination.
Note: Due to higher temperatures, some orders may not ship over the weekend and will be held for Monday shipping.
Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
Yes! We offer DIRECT SHIPPING. Simply provide us with your list of addresses, and we’ll take care of sending your gifts to each home or office directly. Download our Shipping Template HERE.

How should I store the chocolate once I receive my order?
To maintain the quality of the chocolate, avoid refrigeration or freezing. Store it at room temperature (63-68°F) and keep it away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odors, as chocolate can absorb other scents.
Are your chocolates nut-free?
While our chocolates do not contain nuts, they are produced on equipment that also processes nuts, eggs, wheat flour, dairy, and soy. Please take this into consideration if you have severe allergies.
How long will my chocolate last?
Our pure chocolate has a shelf life of over a year, while chocolate items that include cookies or other ingredients have a shelf life of 6-9 months when properly stored.
