Is there a setup fee?
Custom engraved chocolates have a one-time mold fee of $125. This mold fee does not apply to products customized only with stickers or wrappers.
What can I customize?
We can engrave your logo or design directly in chocolate or feature it on custom stickers and wrappers. Options vary by product.
Can you help with my artwork?
Yes! Our artwork team will work with you to prepare your design for your selected product. You’ll approve the artwork before production.
What type of file should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF are preferred. If you’re unsure about your file, send it for review and we’ll let you know what’s needed.
What’s the difference between engraved chocolates and custom packaging?
Engraved chocolates feature your logo or design directly in the chocolate. Custom stickers and wrappers showcase your branding on the packaging. Available options vary by product.
Can you help me choose chocolates for my budget or event?
Absolutely! Tell us your budget, quantity, and occasion, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable option for client gifts, employee appreciation, or event giveaways.
How far ahead should I order?
Allow 2–5 business days for artwork approval. After approval, production generally takes 2–3 business days for in-stock stickered products or 7–10 business days for engraved chocolates. Shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. Share your deadline so we can confirm timing.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! Fill out our shipping template with your recipient information, and we’ll help coordinate delivery to individual homes or offices.
