Shipping costs vary depending on destination, size, and weight. Once we have your shipping details, we’ll provide an exact estimate. If you’re local and prefer to pick up your gifts instead, we can arrange that too.

You can choose the exact timeframe you’d like your recipients to receive their gifts and we will make sure it arrives on time.

Once your gifts are shipped, you’ll receive a spreadsheet with all tracking numbers. You can also choose to receive email notifications when gifts are shipped and delivered, or have those updates sent directly to your recipients.

Chocolate and heat aren’t the best match, so when temps rise, we give your order a little extra care. Depending on conditions, we may use special packaging and handling methods to help protect your chocolate along the way.

A $16 warm weather shipping protection charge is applied to all shipments during this time of year (Typically April-September). While we take every precaution, once your order leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the carrier. That said, we always do our very best to help it arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Yes. You can include a custom card with your logo in sizes from business card to postcard. A small fee applies per card. You can also provide your own cards for us to attach.
