We hand-roll each of these oversized Chocolate Dessert Truffles then cover in pure milk or dark chocolate to complement the rich ganache centers.  Flavors include, Caramel, Irish Cream, Mint, Amaretto, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Vanilla, Sea Salt, Gran Marnier (Orange), Chambord (Raspberry).  Flavors may vary by season.
